Each box contains 100 individual 3/4 oz mini packets. A great, healthy snack for big or little cheese lovers. Perfect for lunch boxes, backpacks or briefcases. Enjoy them as a lunchtime treat, or a mid-day snack. The box is just 4" tall x 8" wide x 10", so fits easily in the fridge. Not kosher certified. Each month, 38-lb wheels of Cabot Cheddar are delivered to the Cellars at Jasper Hill in nearby Greensboro, VT to be cave-aged for up to 10 months. The result is an English-style, "Best of Show" Cheddar with rich buttery, caramel notes that will astound you. Each 1-lb wedge is cut and packaged by hand. Sold separately, or we will combine it with our 9" Maple, Cherry and Ash cutting board, and set of 3 cheese knives, in a gift box to really impress the recipient!

Cabot is recognized again as "World's Best Cheddar"!
Cabot's results at the 2006-2007 World Championship Cheese Contest in the Mild, Medium, Sharp and Extra Sharp Cheddar categories included two 1st place, one 2nd place and one 3rd place awards. Cabot captured five of the twelve total cheddar trophies, with only one other competitor earning as many as two.
